No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of the residence, including outdoor spaces and terraces on the property.

However, smoking is allowed outside the residence property in the common pedestrian courtyard, as long as there are no signs indicating otherwise.

✅ If you choose to smoke:

Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or on any neighbor’s property.
We value our relationship with our neighbors and ask for your cooperation.

⚠️ Violations:

Residents who smoke anywhere on the residence property will be charged:
- A cleaning fee to restore the space to its original condition.
- An administrative penalty of €200.
Repeated violations may lead to suspension of residency, though contractual payments will still apply.

Damage Deposit Policy

ᐅ Stays of 24 nights or less:

€350 refundable damage deposit

(by credit card at check-in)

ᐅ Stays of 25 nights or more:

€500 refundable damage deposit

(by credit card at check-in)

Refund within a maximum 30 days after check-out, provided no issues are found.

If the deposit is paid by bank transfer instead of credit card, the refund may take up to 71 days.

You’ll receive a digital rental agreement after booking, which outlines the full terms and conditions.
