Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of the residence, including outdoor spaces and terraces on the property.

However, smoking is allowed outside the residence property in the common pedestrian courtyard, as long as there are no signs indicating otherwise.

  • Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or on any neighbor’s property.

  • We value our relationship with our neighbors and ask for your cooperation.

⚠️ Violations:

  • Residents who smoke anywhere on the residence property will be charged:

    • A cleaning fee to restore the space to its original condition.

    • An administrative penalty of €200.

  • Repeated violations may lead to suspension of residency, though contractual payments will still apply.
