At  BLAU STUDENT HOUSING we take care of our residents as if they were our sons and daughters. Although the area is modern and safe, we have staff available 24/7 and trained security staff at night. We have a state-of-the-art security system with CCTV for additional protection. Additionally, we host daily resident events and have community team members on site who constantly take care of our residents and make them feel at home.
